Preparation of Fries
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the potato fries in olive oil, then season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet.
Baking Fries
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
Cooking Ribeye
  1. While the fries are baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the dry-aged ribeye steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the steaks in the hot skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. In the last few minutes of cooking, toss the thinly sliced garlic into the pan and cook until crispy and golden.
