Preparation
- Rinse the strawberries gently under cool water, then pat them dry thoroughly.
- Remove the leafy tops and carefully hollow out the insides of each strawberry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Add cinnamon if desired and beat until smooth.
- Fill each hollowed strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag or small spoon.
- Place the filled strawberries on a serving platter and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve the chilled strawberries garnished with fresh mint leaves or extra powdered sugar.
Notes
Select uniform-sized strawberries for even filling. Chill filled strawberries to enhance flavor.
