  • 12 pieces Fresh strawberries Plump and juicy, at peak ripeness.
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese (softened) Ensure cream cheese is adequately softened.
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar Adds sweetness and a silky mouthfeel.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Enhances the flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional) Adds a warming spice.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the strawberries gently under cool water, then pat them dry thoroughly.
  2. Remove the leafy tops and carefully hollow out the insides of each strawberry.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Add cinnamon if desired and beat until smooth.
  4. Fill each hollowed strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag or small spoon.
  5. Place the filled strawberries on a serving platter and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve the chilled strawberries garnished with fresh mint leaves or extra powdered sugar.

Notes

Select uniform-sized strawberries for even filling. Chill filled strawberries to enhance flavor.
