Preparation
- Toss the frozen meatballs into your beloved crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix over the meatballs.
- Pour in the beef broth.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers and their juice.
- Drop in the pats of butter.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir gently to coat the meatballs.
- Serve over fluffy mashed potatoes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. To freeze, portion meatballs with sauce into freezer-safe bags.
