  • 1 pound frozen meatballs (beef or turkey) Use frozen meatballs for best results.
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix (1 packet)
  • 1 ounce au jus gravy mix (1 packet)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup pepperoncini peppers with juice Gives the dish a zesty kick.
  • 2 tablespoons butter Can substitute with dairy-free alternative.
  • Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish
  • Cooked mashed potatoes For serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toss the frozen meatballs into your beloved crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix over the meatballs.
  3. Pour in the beef broth.
  4. Add the pepperoncini peppers and their juice.
  5. Drop in the pats of butter.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Stir gently to coat the meatballs.
  8. Serve over fluffy mashed potatoes.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. To freeze, portion meatballs with sauce into freezer-safe bags.
