Preparation
  1. In a Crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, heavy cream, minced garlic, diced onion, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Cooking
  1. Cover your Crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Before serving, stir in the freshly shredded Parmesan cheese until melted.
Serving
  1. For a heartier option, add cooked pasta just before serving.

Notes
