- Start by washing your medium-sized potatoes until they sparkle. Cut each potato into wedges, about 8 per potato.

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the soaked wedges in this seasoned mixture.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned wedges and toss again to ensure every wedge is covered.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the wedges in the fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
