Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, diced onions, diced bell peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. In a greased baking dish, spread half of the crispy Doritos on the bottom.
  4. Layer the chicken mixture over the Doritos, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Top with the remaining Doritos and shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
