Preparation

- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and half of the dill.
- Set up a breading station: In one bowl, whisk the eggs. In another, mix the panko breadcrumbs and the remaining dill.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg wash, then coat it in the panko mixture.
Cooking
- Place the breaded chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Assembly
- Once the chicken is done, assemble the sandwiches: Spread the sauce on buns, layer with crunchy lettuce, and top with the crispy chicken.
- Close the sandwich and serve.
