Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the grated parmesan cheese, panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil generously over each salmon fillet.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture firmly onto the top of each fillet.
Cooking
- Slide the baking sheet into your preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes.
- Check for doneness; the salmon should be opaque and flake easily with a fork.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
