  • 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs Light and crispy, for crunch
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For drizzling on the salmon
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adds savory flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the grated parmesan cheese, panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil generously over each salmon fillet.
  5. Press the breadcrumb mixture firmly onto the top of each fillet.
Cooking
  1. Slide the baking sheet into your preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes.
  2. Check for doneness; the salmon should be opaque and flake easily with a fork.
  3. Once cooked, remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
