Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Sear the seasoned chicken breasts in the hot skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted and vibrant, stirring occasionally.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese until melted and combined with the mushrooms and spinach.
  7. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and sprinkle shredded cheese over it, allowing it to melt as everything heats through.
  8. Serve warm, paired with your favorite sides.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in garlic, lemon juice, and herbs for a couple of hours before cooking. You can also add cooked pasta or rice for a more substantial meal, or experiment with different types of cheese.
