  1. In a food processor, add the drained and rinsed chickpeas, pumpkin puree, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Process the mixture until it is smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the food processor to ensure everything is well incorporated.
  3. Once blended, taste your hummus for seasoning. Add more lemon juice, salt, or spices according to your preference.
  4. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, drizzle with additional olive oil, and sprinkle a pinch of paprika for color and flavor.
  5. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
