Preparation
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and carefully add them to the pot.
- Cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Once done, remove the chicken and set aside.
Make the Sauce
- In the same pot, add the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, bringing the mixture to a boil.
- Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, simmering for a few minutes until it thickens.
Prepare the Noodles
- In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
Combine and Serve
- Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the sauce.
- Gently combine with the ramen noodles.
- Serve in bowls and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken breasts in soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 30 minutes before cooking. You can add spinach or other vegetables for extra nutrition. Adjust creaminess with low-fat milk if desired.
