  • 4 cups Fresh Spinach Vibrant, leafy greens.
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese Creamy and slightly tangy.
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Melting beautifully.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Robust, nutty flavor.
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce Rich and creamy.
Seasonings and Oils
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing garlic and spinach.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, drizzle olive oil and heat over medium. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Toss in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sautéed spinach, ricotta cheese, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread a thin layer of alfredo sauce onto the bottom of your baking dish.
Layering
  1. Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by the chicken spinach mixture, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  2. Continue layering until ingredients are used, ensuring the final layer consists of noodles topped with alfredo sauce and mozzarella.
Baking
  1. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  2. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  3. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

To enhance the flavor, allow the lasagna to rest overnight in the fridge before baking. Avoid overcooking the noodles to maintain a good texture.
