- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sautéed spinach, ricotta cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of alfredo sauce onto the bottom of your baking dish.
Layering
- Place a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by the chicken spinach mixture, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Continue layering until ingredients are used, ensuring the final layer consists of noodles topped with alfredo sauce and mozzarella.
Baking
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
To enhance the flavor, allow the lasagna to rest overnight in the fridge before baking. Avoid overcooking the noodles to maintain a good texture.
