  • 12 ounces white chocolate Can be chopped or in chips for melting
  • 1 cup dried cranberries Adds chewy texture and tartness
  • 1 cup unsalted pistachios Shelled and roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt To sprinkle on top for flavor enhancement

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in the dried cranberries and chopped pistachios until evenly coated.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle the sea salt over the top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until set.
  7. Once firm, break into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Consider using different nuts or adding drizzled chocolate for decoration. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
