- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the dried cranberries and chopped pistachios until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the sea salt over the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until set.
- Once firm, break into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.
Notes
