Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  3. Gradually mix in the flour and salt until a soft dough forms.

Filling
  1. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, 1 cup of sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and baking powder until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the chopped cranberries.
  3. Pour the cranberry filling over the pre-baked crust, spreading evenly.
  4. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the center is set.
  5. Allow the bars to cool completely in the dish on a wire rack.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the filling. You can also swap cranberries for blueberries or raspberries. Ensure to cut the bars into small squares for easier serving.
