Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it with cooking spray.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt or mayonnaise with the ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
Coating & Baking
- Dip each chicken tender into the yogurt mixture, ensuring full coverage.
- Press the coated chicken tender into the cheese and cracker mixture to cover.
- Arrange the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet and spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
You can prep the chicken tenders in advance and refrigerate them for up to 24 hours before baking. For a spicy kick, add some cayenne pepper to the crumb mixture.
