Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish (about 9-inch square) or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Mixing
  1. Add the crab meat, shredded mozzarella cheese, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly incorporated.
Baking
  1. Spread the crab mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a golden brown top.
  3. Remove from the oven and cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding lemon juice or zest, or topping with more mozzarella cheese before baking. For more heat, add hot sauce to the mixture. You can experiment with different herbs or spices as preferred.
