Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rub the salmon fillets generously with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Cajun seasoning. Make slits in the thickest part of each fillet.
Mixing Stuffing
  1. In a medium bowl, combine thawed spinach, Boursin cheese, diced jalapeno, lump crab meat, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Mix until creamy.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Stuff each salmon fillet with the crab mixture, pressing in snugly. Place a few shrimp on top of each stuffed fillet.
  2. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffed fillets.
  3. Bake for 15-17 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and shrimp are tender.
