Preparation

  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then gradually add the milk, mixing until smooth.

  6. Fill the cupcake liners two-thirds full with batter.
Baking
  1. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
