  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella for a cheesy topping.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers For a crispy finish.
  • to taste salt and pepper Essential for flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Optional for added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
