- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring after each round until fully melted and smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cool Whip, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Beat until fluffy and creamy.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the Cool Whip mixture and stir gently until combined.
- Fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, if using.
- Spread mixture into an 8x8-inch baking pan and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Once set, cut into squares or break into pieces and enjoy.
Notes
