Preparation

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and salt; set aside.

  4. Gradually add the egg yolks, mixing well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.
Mixing

Shaping Cookies
  1. Roll the dough into small balls, place them on the baking sheet, and gently flatten with your hand.
