Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with festive cupcake liners.
- Prepare the vanilla cupcake mix according to the package instructions, adding green food coloring to the batter.

Frosting
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy, gradually adding the powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add milk and vanilla extract, and mix well. Divide frosting into two portions; dye one portion green and leave the other white.
Assembly
- Arrange the cooled cupcakes on a platter in a wreath shape. Frost the tops with green frosting.
- Decorate with red sprinkles and mini M&Ms, and top with mini star sprinkles.
- Pipe white frosting around the edges for a snowy effect and sprinkle with gold decoration.
