Assembly
  1. Arrange cooled cupcakes in a circular pattern on a serving tray, creating a wreath shape.
  2. Frost each cupcake generously with the green buttercream frosting.
  3. Decorate each cupcake with mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and star-shaped candy, then add sprinkles for a festive look.
