Preparation
  1. Arrange store-bought cupcakes in a circle on a large platter or bake your own cupcakes and let them cool completely before frosting.
  2. Arrange cupcakes in a circular formation to create a wreath shape.
  3. Beat the buttercream frosting until smooth; add green food coloring until desired color is achieved.
Frosting and Decorating
  1. Use a piping bag to pipe green frosting on top of each cupcake in desired designs.
  2. Shape yellow fondant into stars and place on each cupcake.
