  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows to the pot and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the crispy rice cereal until well-coated.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then grease your hands and shape into 1-inch balls.
  5. Roll each ball in festive sprinkles to coat completely.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined tray and allow to cool completely before serving.

Notes
