Preparation
  1. Prepare the pan by lining an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low to medium, stirring frequently until melted and smooth.
  3. Once melted, stir in vanilla extract until blended.
  4. Divide the fudge mixture into two bowls. Add red food coloring to one and green to the other, stirring until colors are vibrant.
  5. Spoon alternating layers of red and green fudge into the prepared baking dish and swirl gently.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  7. Optionally, sprinkle holiday sprinkles on top before serving.
  8. Lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into squares or rectangles.

Notes

For a unique twist, try using dark chocolate or adding nuts/dried fruit. Keep fudge stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate for up to two weeks.
