Method
Melt Chocolate
- Place the chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Alternatively, use a double boiler.
Dip Cookies
- Dip each sugar wafer cookie halfway into the melted chocolate, ensuring the edge is well-coated.
Add Sprinkles
- While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle festive sprinkles onto the dipped portion.
Set Cookies
- Place the dipped cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow to cool at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to set the chocolate.
Notes
For decoration, add a swirl of extra melted chocolate before adding sprinkles. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
