  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder Unsweetened cocoa powder.
  • 1 pinch Baking powder For lift.
Wet Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons Milk Whole or almond milk can be used.
  • 1 tablespoon Melted butter or oil For moisture.
Chocolate Filling
  • 1 tablespoon Chocolate chips For the gooey center.
Optional Ingredients
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mug, combine all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix well.
  2. Add milk and melted butter to the dry mixture. Stir until smooth, but don’t worry about lumps.
  3. Add chocolate chips in the center of the mixture.
Cooking
  1. Microwave the mug for 60-70 seconds until the top is just set but still soft in the middle.
  2. Let it cool slightly before enjoying to prevent burning your tongue.

Best served hot with optional toppings like ice cream or berries. Avoid overcooking to keep the center gooey.
