Preparation
  1. Start by adding the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, chipotle pepper, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, and honey or maple syrup to a blender or food processor.
  2. Sprinkle in a generous pinch of sea salt and crack in several turns of black pepper for added flavor.
  3. Blend the mixture until it reaches a completely smooth and creamy consistency, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
  4. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more chipotle for spiciness or more lime juice or sweetener for balance.
  5. Enjoy the Chipotle Sauce immediately or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for later use.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding smoked paprika or cumin. You can use a fork to mash the ingredients if you lack a blender.
