- Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and milk in a medium bowl. Give it a good stir and let it sit for about 5 minutes to allow the ingredients to meld together.
- Fold in the Greek yogurt until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add honey or maple syrup to taste, stirring gently to incorporate the sweetness.
- Fold in the fresh cherries carefully.
- Transfer the mixture to airtight containers, cover, and place in the refrigerator to chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled, adding any additional toppings like nuts, seeds, or extra fruits as desired.
Notes
For a thicker consistency, reduce the amount of milk. Can be served layered in a glass and topped with additional ingredients for an attractive presentation.
