- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil.
- In a medium saucepan, blend chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and cubed butter over low to medium heat, stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in chopped cherries, walnuts, and mini chocolate chips gently.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
- Remove the fudge using the parchment overhang, cut into squares, and enjoy.
Notes
Use low to medium heat to prevent chocolate from burning. For a richer flavor, consider using dark chocolate chips. Add sea salt for a sweet & salty combo. If fudge is too firm, let sit at room temperature before cutting.
