Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, sugar, and milk until creamy.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mix, folding gently.
  5. Toss cherries with a bit of flour to prevent sinking, then fold them into the batter.
Baking
  1. Fill muffin cups with batter.
  2. Mix together topping ingredients until crumbly, then sprinkle over each muffin.
  3. Bake for about 22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
