Method
 

Filling Preparation
  1. Combine the chopped shrimp and shredded crab meat in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the mozzarella and cream cheese to create a cheesy filling.
  3. Sprinkle in the chopped green onions, garlic powder, paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Assembling the Tortilla Bombs
  1. Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Place approximately 2-3 tablespoons of the seafood mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  3. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly to enclose the mixture.
Frying
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Once hot, place each rolled tortilla seam-side down in the oil.
  3. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Drain the fried bombs on paper towels.
Garlic Cream Sauce Preparation
  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.

  2. Drizzle with garlic cream sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
