Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface, about 12x14 inches.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Layer the pepperoni slices over the cheese evenly.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the pepperoni.
- Roll the dough from one long side to the other, tucking the ends in, creating a tight package.
- Place the stromboli seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush the top of the stromboli with the beaten egg.
- Cut small slits on the top to allow steam to escape.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
