Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

- Spread the green beans out flat on the greased baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until blended.
- Pour the oil mix over the green beans and toss to coat thoroughly.
Cooking
- Bake the beans in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the beans and broil for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Consider adding red pepper flakes for spice or fresh herbs for added freshness. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
