Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick oil.
  3. Spread the green beans out flat on the greased baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until blended.
  5. Pour the oil mix over the green beans and toss to coat thoroughly.
Cooking
  1. Bake the beans in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the beans and broil for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  3. Serve hot.

Notes

Consider adding red pepper flakes for spice or fresh herbs for added freshness. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
