Ingredients
  

Creamy Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Use full-fat for creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
Flavor Enhancers
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Main Ingredients
  • 1 6 oz can crab meat, drained Imitation crab meat can be used.
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped Garnish with extra for serving.
Serving Options
  • to taste wonton chips or crackers For dipping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a small baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and minced garlic until creamy.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. Pour in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in crab meat and green onions with a spatula.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden.
Serving
  1. Allow to cool slightly before serving with wonton chips or crackers.

Notes

For extra flavor, add hot sauce or Old Bay seasoning. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
