Preparation
  1. Begin by heating the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until they soften and begin emitting a delightful aroma.
  2. Introduce the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce into the mix, cooking until everything is heated through. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Make the Cheese Mixture
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, shredded cheddar, grated Parmesan, and heavy cream. Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and optional red pepper flakes.
  2. Stir until all ingredients create a smooth, dreamy mixture.
Assemble the Lasagna
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a layer of the buffalo chicken mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
