Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 12 pieces large strawberries Fresh and washed
  • 8 oz cream cheese Full-fat or light
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract For added flavor
Optional Toppings
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers For garnish
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the strawberries.
  2. Slice the tops off the strawberries and hollow out the insides.
Cheesecake Filling
  1. Beat the cream cheese until soft.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into each hollowed strawberry.
  2. Optional: Top with crushed graham crackers or a drizzle of melted chocolate.

Notes

For a lighter version, use light cream cheese or swap powdered sugar for honey. These strawberries are best served immediately but can be made a couple of hours ahead.
