Preparation
- Wash and dry the strawberries.
- Slice the tops off the strawberries and hollow out the insides.
Cheesecake Filling
- Beat the cream cheese until soft.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
Assembly
- Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into each hollowed strawberry.
- Optional: Top with crushed graham crackers or a drizzle of melted chocolate.
Notes
For a lighter version, use light cream cheese or swap powdered sugar for honey. These strawberries are best served immediately but can be made a couple of hours ahead.
