Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Divide the meat mixture into 12 equal portions and shape into small patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and grease it lightly with olive oil.
- Add the patties to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side.
- Flip the patties and place a slice of cheese on each. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- While the patties cook, slice the slider buns in half horizontally.
- In a baking dish, lay out the bottom halves of the slider buns.
- Place each cooked patty topped with melted cheese on the bottom buns.
- Top with sliced pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Add the top halves of the buns back onto each slider.
- Optional: Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds before baking.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until the buns are toasted and golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
