  • 1/4 cup ketchup Sweet and tangy condiment.
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard Adds a tangy bite.
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or burger sauce Ties flavors together.
  • 1 small onion, diced Adds aromatic sweetness.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder For extra flavor depth.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Essential seasonings.
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional) Adds savory depth.
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional) For tangy crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with the diced onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Spread half of the frozen fries evenly into the greased baking dish. Layer with half of the beef mixture, then drizzle with ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise.
  4. Add the remaining fries and beef mixture on top, drizzle with sauces again, and finish with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Baking
  1. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes until fries are crispy and cheese is melted.
  2. Garnish with pickles and parsley before serving.

Notes

For deeper flavor, add chopped garlic to the beef. Optional extras include bacon bits or jalapeños for a spicy kick.
