Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
- Scramble the mixture in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into eight individual triangles.
Assembly
- Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese at the wide end of each dough triangle.
- Top it with one turkey sausage link.
- Roll the dough over the filling, starting at the wide end, placing the seam side down on the baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with maple syrup on the side if desired.
