Preparation
- Line an 8×8-inch tin with baking paper.
- Warm 8 Bourbon biscuits on a baking tray in the oven at 180°C for 3 minutes, then halve them.
- Crush the remaining 450g Bourbon biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter and 120ml condensed milk until combined.
- Press the biscuit mixture evenly into the lined tin.
- Melt milk chocolate with the remaining condensed milk over low heat, stirring until thick and glossy.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the biscuit base and spread evenly.
- Arrange the halved Bourbon biscuits on top in three neat rows.
- Refrigerate the tray bake for at least 3 hours until fully set. Cut into slices to serve.
