Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8×8-inch tin with baking paper.
  2. Warm 8 Bourbon biscuits on a baking tray in the oven at 180°C for 3 minutes, then halve them.
  3. Crush the remaining 450g Bourbon biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter and 120ml condensed milk until combined.
  4. Press the biscuit mixture evenly into the lined tin.
  5. Melt milk chocolate with the remaining condensed milk over low heat, stirring until thick and glossy.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the biscuit base and spread evenly.
  7. Arrange the halved Bourbon biscuits on top in three neat rows.
  8. Refrigerate the tray bake for at least 3 hours until fully set. Cut into slices to serve.

Notes

For healthier alternatives, consider low-sugar biscuits, dairy-free chocolate, or nut butters. Serve with vanilla ice cream for a delightful contrast.
