Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Place the torn croissant pieces in the dish.
  3. Sprinkle the fresh blueberries and cream cheese cubes evenly over the croissant pieces.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the croissant and blueberry layers.
  6. Let the casserole sit for about 15 minutes to soak.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and lightly browned.
  8. Allow to cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
