  • to taste extra blueberries for topping Enhance the presentation.

Preparation
  1. Combine the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and mashed blueberries in a jar or bowl. Ensure everything is well-blended.
  2. Stir well to distribute the chia seeds evenly throughout the mixture.
  3. Cover the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Stir the pudding gently again before serving.
  5. Serve in bowls or glasses topped with extra blueberries.

Notes

To make it creamier, blend the milk and chia seeds in a blender. You can substitute blueberries with other fruits and add flavorings like almond extract.
