For the quesadillas
  • 4 medium flour tortillas Soft and pliable, perfect for filling.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or Monterey Jack) Melty and flavorful.
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries Bursting with juicy sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon butter For crispiness and flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional, for drizzling.
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish Enhances presentation and flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lightly butter one side of each tortilla.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place one tortilla, butter side down.
Cooking
  1. Sprinkle shredded cheese over half of the tortilla and top with fresh blueberries.
  2. Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
  3. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  4. Slice into wedges, drizzle with honey, and garnish with cilantro.

Notes

Consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon, sliced almonds, or different fruits. For a richer flavor, try flavored cream cheese.
