Preparation
- Lightly butter one side of each tortilla.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place one tortilla, butter side down.
Cooking
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over half of the tortilla and top with fresh blueberries.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Slice into wedges, drizzle with honey, and garnish with cilantro.
Notes
Consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon, sliced almonds, or different fruits. For a richer flavor, try flavored cream cheese.
