- Cut biscuit dough into quarters.
- Layer half the biscuit pieces in the baking dish.
- Pour the sausage gravy evenly over the biscuit layer.
- Top with remaining biscuit pieces, pressing them slightly into the gravy.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until biscuits are golden and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with parsley or chives, if desired.
