  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease an 8 or 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown your lean ground beef until it’s nicely golden and flavorful. Drain off any excess fat.
  2. Toss the diced onion into the skillet along with the beef, sautéing for about 4-5 minutes until it’s translucent. Add in the minced garlic and cook for one more minute.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and season everything with salt and pepper. Transfer this beef mixture into your prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Spread the cream of mushroom soup generously over the beef, followed by the drained green beans. Add shredded cheese as the next layer.
  5. Arrange the frozen tater tots evenly across the top.
  6. Pop your casserole in the preheated oven and let it bake for 35-40 minutes until those tater tots turn golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
