  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) Rinse and prepare strawberries by hulling and quartering.
Sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons honey Can substitute with agave or maple syrup.
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves Optional, for added freshness.

  1. Start with cold cottage cheese. If it appears watery, drain it in a strainer for about 5 minutes to achieve a thick texture.
  2. Rinse your mixed berries under cold water gently, then pat them dry.
  3. Hull and quarter strawberries to ensure sweetness.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and mixed berries.
  2. Drizzle the honey over the mixture and stir gently to combine.
  3. Add fresh mint leaves if desired, stirring carefully to keep berries intact.
  4. Serve immediately while fresh. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours, keeping honey and mint separate.

Notes

For a healthier alternative, consider using dairy-free cottage cheese or sugar-free sweetener. Serve with ice cream for a twist or enjoy as a healthy breakfast.
