Preparation
- Add Stew Meat to the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle with Brown Gravy Mix.
- Pour Cream of Mushroom Soup over the meat.
- Add Beef Broth.
- Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours.
- If sauce is too thin, mix cornstarch with cold water, stir in, and cook on high for 20 minutes uncovered.
- Cook Egg Noodles according to package directions and toss in butter or olive oil.
- Serve the beef and sauce over noodles and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in airtight containers for freezing. Reheat with a splash of broth to regain texture.
