Cooking
- Sear the Beef: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Lay the marinated beef in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
- Cook the Aromatics: In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Toss in sliced onions, minced garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until onions are translucent.
- Combine & Finish: Return the seared beef to the skillet with the caramelized onions. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serving
- Serve: Spoon over freshly cooked rice or noodles, garnishing with green onions or sesame seeds, if desired.
